Course Overview:

Are you a small business owner who struggles with the day-to-day grind of running a business while managing and implementing all of your projects? Do you feel like you never have control over the projects you need to do in your business? If so this course is right for you! This course is an introduction to project management, which will be presented in an interactive way so that you can practice some of the concepts during the course.


Expect to gain knowledge in the following areas from the course:

1. A clear understanding of “what is and is not a project”, which will be key as your company grows.

2. Understanding of the various project phases and elements and the role of the project manager during those phases.

3. Identification of the key benefits of project management to you and your organization.

4. Key tools that support effective project management.


Course Facilitator:

The course will be facilitated by Holly Burton-Aro, PE, PMP with 20 years of project management experience and a certified project management professional.
